A 20% active concentrated detergent designed for hand washing and high volume dishwashing in sinks. Can also be used as a general purpose detergent. This product contains an anionic blend of surfactants. Dodecyl benzene sulphonate and Lauryl ether sulphate, inorganic viscosity modifiers, preservative and water soluble dyes. Features include:  Produces a long lasting, high, stable foam.  Breaks down fats, proteins and carbohydrates from dishes fast and effectively making it suitable for use in busy food handling and preparation areas.  Low critical micelle concentration means product is gentle on hands.  Grease in dish water is held in suspension preventing it from deposition onto dishes.  Provides excellent wetting, cleaning and foaming properties.  All surfactants used are biodegradable and phosphate free.
